Custom Steel Leg Styles
Every table I build can be paired with your choice of steel base. Each style has its own character, but all share the same attention to detail. We fabricate every base from American steel, naturally blacken it for an organic finish, and add adjustable leveling feet so your table sits solid and true. These leg styles can work in any room, whether the setting is modern, traditional, or somewhere in between.
U Legs
Clean, strong, and timeless. U legs are built from 1x2 steel tube, offering a simple silhouette that puts the focus on the wood. They’re one of my most versatile bases and work well for dining tables, desks, and benches alike.
Trapezoid Legs
Trapezoid legs taper slightly as they meet the floor, giving them a subtle architectural shape while staying minimal. Made from slim 2x1 steel tube, they create a refined profile that balances strength with elegance.
Blade Legs
Blade legs are crafted from flat steel plate, angled outward for a strong, sculptural stance. The look is bold but clean, giving the table a presence that feels both modern and enduring.
Curved H Legs
The Curved H base is distinctive and balanced. Vertical uprights flow into softly rounded inside corners, with a horizontal bar raised just above the floor and a gentle taper at the feet. It’s a design that combines strength with quiet detail.
Parsons Base
A classic form with a modern build. The Parsons base is made from 2x2 steel tube, four legs joined by a skirt for stability and balance. Its clean geometry complements the natural beauty of the wood without distraction.
