There’s nothing quite like a bookmatch slab table. Two adjoining boards are cut from the same log, then opened like the pages of a book so the grain flows in a perfect mirror image. The result is dramatic, full of movement, and completely one of a kind.

I source my slabs from trusted local mills and suppliers I’ve worked with for years. They know I’m always searching for something special, whether it’s walnut, myrtle, oak, or other Northwest hardwoods with grain and figure that deserve to be showcased. Each set tells its own story, and it’s my privilege to turn them into tables that become the centerpiece of a home.
